How it's priced

4.5 percent of construction cost, plus reimbursable site staff at published charge-out rates: Project Manager $145/hr, Site Superintendent $128/hr, Project Coordinator $95/hr, Estimator $118/hr. The draw process and reporting cadence are stated up front.
