Owner's representation is the owner's office for the life of a project, for institutional, commercial, and industrial owners across British Columbia. We carry the mandate from business case through procurement, delivery, and closeout, under a duty of care to you alone, so a board or council can commit capital with the record complete.

How it's priced

Typically 2 to 4 percent of construction cost on $5M to 30M institutional projects, senior hourly rates of $150 to 250, or a monthly retainer for a fractional owner's PM office. Fee for service, stated up front, independent of construction cost outcomes.
